Due to circumstances beyond our control the Annual General Meeting has been moved to the 18^th of October 2010 at Club Heathcote at 7.30pm.  Nominations for positions, changes to the constitution will now be received by mail marked to The Secretary PO box 161 Engadine 2233 or delivered to Iain Street 21 Woodford Crescent Heathcote 2233 up to the  11^th of October 2010

As we have done in previous years the club will be celebrating the end of the season and the teams that won their respective Grand Finals.

 Where:                        The Oval

 When :                        22^nd  August  from 5.00pm

 What to bring:             Nibbles, drinks warm clothing and maybe chair and a table

The Club will be providing pizzas in large quantities and some warm fires as per normal

 Please note: if the Grand Finals are changed to the following weekend due to the weather this night will all so change to the following weekend.

If we don’t see you then we will catch you at the presentation day or night

Heathcote Waratahs is pleased to announce the return of our July School Holiday Junior Coaching Clinic, which is again to be held at Heathcote Oval.

The Clinic will be run over 3 days in the first week of School Holidays, from Tuesday the 6^th of July through to Thursday the 8th of July (Friday the 9^th of July will be held as a back up day in case of a day being washed out). Based on predicted registration numbers it is again expected that morning and afternoon sessions will be required, with U6 to U9 from 9.00am to 12.00pm and U10 to U13 from 1.00pm to 4.00pm. (the exact breakdown of the age groups and sessions cannot be confirmed until registration is completed)

In support of this Clinic the Club has kept the cost of the Clinic to a minimal level, against similar private Clinics being run externally. The Club will also provide a free ball to all participants. Please register early to avoid disappointment and assist us to organise the Clinic.

  2. hand directly to Craigh Kenney at the Oval (I am at the Oval with the 12C’s, 15D’s or 35E’s at Home Game)
